One thing worth knowing: Q+ is a product purchase. The price you pay covers the pass and everything in it, it isn't added to your MrQ account balance.
When is Q+ valid?
Q+ runs from Friday at 00:00:01 to Thursday at 23:59:00 (UK time) each week, so it's a Friday to Thursday week rather than a standard Monday to Sunday.
If it's your first time purchasing, your pass will start straight away and run until the following Thursday at 23:59:59.
When do my Q+ spins and chips expire?
Your spins and chips are available as soon as your purchase goes through. Head to your Rewards page to find them.
Both expire 7 days (168 hours) from the time of purchase, not at the end of the pass on Thursday. So if you purchase on a Tuesday, your spins and chips are available until the following Tuesday, even if that's after your pass has expired. Any unused spins or chips after 168 hours are removed automatically.
Does Q+ impact other promotions?
Buying Q+ doesn't affect the other promotions you're offered on MrQ. They're separate, Q+ is a product, not a promotion swap.
How does Q+ cashback work?
As a Q+ holder, you get £2 cashback when you wager £30 or more in real money during the period you hold Q+. Free spins, chips, and other bonus funds don't count towards the qualifying £30 wager requirement.
Cashback is credited to your MrQ balance within 7 days of your Q+ pass expiring on Thursday. It'll show up in your transaction history.
If your account becomes ineligible during your pass, you won't receive cashback for that week.
How does the Triple Payout Withdrawal Guarantee work?
As a Q+ holder, your standard Withdrawal Guarantee gets an upgrade. If we don't process your withdrawal within 60 seconds, we'll credit £30 cash to your account within 1 business day.
This replaces the standard £10 guarantee for the duration of your Q+ pass. It's not on top of it. The £30 is limited to one credit per player, per calendar day.
The guarantee won't apply if:
Your withdrawal is on hold for verification checks
Your payment method is expired or blocked by your bank or card provider
There's a technical issue or system outage outside of our control
You're in breach of our Terms & Conditions
