All winnings from your spins and chips are paid in cash, straight to your real money balance. No conditions attached.

One thing worth knowing: Q+ is a product purchase. The price you pay covers the pass and everything in it, it isn't added to your MrQ account balance.

A Q+ pass runs for 4 weeks (28 days), starting Friday at 00:00:01 and ending Thursday at 23:59:59 (UK time) four weeks later. Our first pass runs from Friday 21 August 2026 00:00:01 to Thursday 18 September 2026 23:59:59.

Within your pass, each individual week also runs Friday to Thursday - this is what your cashback is measured against, rather than a standard Monday to Sunday week.

You can only buy one Q+ pass per cycle, but you can buy in at any point during the 4 weeks. If you buy partway through a cycle, some entitlements (like the number of cashback weeks you can qualify for) may be reduced, since you'll only have the weeks remaining in that cycle rather than the full 4.

Once your pass expires, a new one becomes available to purchase the next day, and every 4 weeks after that. Because each cycle is exactly 4 weeks, the renewal date moves through the calendar rather than landing on the same Friday every month.

So if you purchase on a Tuesday, your chips are available until the following Tuesday, while your spins stay available for the full 4 weeks. Anything unused once its own window closes is removed automatically.

Buying Q+ doesn't affect the other promotions you're offered on MrQ. They're separate, Q+ is a product, not a promotion swap.

As a Q+ holder, you get £2 cashback for each qualifying week in which you wager £30 or more in real money - that's up to £8 across a full 4-week pass. Free spins, chips, and other bonus funds don't count towards the qualifying £30 wager requirement, and wagering doesn't carry over from one week to the next.

Cashback is credited to your MrQ balance within 7 days after the end of each qualifying week, rather than as one payment when your whole pass ends. It'll show up in your transaction history.

If your account becomes ineligible during your pass, you'll stop earning cashback from that point on, including for any weeks still remaining.

As a Q+ holder, your standard Withdrawal Guarantee gets an upgrade. If we don't process your withdrawal within 60 seconds, we'll credit £30 cash to your account within 1 business day.

This replaces the standard £10 guarantee for the duration of your Q+ pass. It's not on top of it. The £30 is limited to one credit per player, per calendar day.
