The price you pay covers the pass and everything in it for the full 30 days, no hidden charges, top-ups, or surprise fees along the way.
One thing worth knowing: Q+ is a product purchase. The price you pay isn't added to your MrQ account balance, it's the cost of the pass itself.
When is Q+ valid?
A Q+ pass runs for 30 days from the moment you buy it, ending at the same time of day 30 days later. For example, a pass bought at 8pm on 5 September runs until 8pm on 5 October.
You can only hold one active Q+ pass at a time. Once your pass expires, you're free to buy a new one, every pass runs the same 30 days and includes the same perks, whenever you buy it.
Inside your pass, a "week" means any 7-day block counted from the moment your pass started, giving you 4 complete weeks per pass. This is what your cashback is measured against.
When will I receive my Spins?
Your spins are available as soon as your purchase goes through, you can claim these in your "My Q+" page.
You'll get 200 Free Spins in total on Buffalo Bills Big Hunt, split into 4 batches of 50.
Spins are valued at £0.20 each.
Your first batch of 50 lands as soon as your Q+ purchase goes through. A further batch of 50 is credited every 7 days after that, until you've had all 4.
Each weekly batch arrives at the same time as your original purchase. So if you purchased Q+ at 15:00, expect your next batch at 15:00 the following week, and so on.
Each batch shows up on your Rewards page and is ready to use as soon as you launch the eligible game.
Each batch of 50 must be used within 7 days of being credited - anything left over after that expires and can't be used.
Winnings from your spins land in your cash balance.
If your account becomes ineligible (as defined in our General T&Cs) before or during your pass, you'll stop receiving any outstanding batches and won't be eligible for future promotions.
You can claim the spins in your "My Q+" page, with the page showing if you have claimed prior weeks or have any pending spins to be claimed.
Where are my Chips?
Your chips are available as soon as your purchase goes through, ready to use on MrQ Roulette (Live Dealer) which can be found through your Rewards tab
You'll get 5 chips, each valued at £0.20.
To qualify, you need to make a successful purchase of Q+.
Your chips land in your account (Rewards page) immediately, and are ready to use as soon as the game's launched.
You've got 7 days (168 hours) from qualifying to use them.
Anything left unused after that expires and can't be claimed back.
All winnings from chips are credited in cash.
If your account becomes ineligible (as defined in our General T&Cs) before or during the promotion, you'll be excluded from this and any future promotions.
Does Q+ impact other promotions?
Buying Q+ doesn't affect the other promotions you're offered on MrQ. They're separate, Q+ is a product, not a promotion swap.
How does Q+ cashback work?
You get £2 cashback for each qualifying week in which you wager £30 or more in real money, up to £8 across a full pass.
Each of your 4 qualifying weeks (7-day blocks counted from your pass start date) is assessed on its own - wagering doesn't carry over from one week to the next, and free spins, chips, or other bonus funds don't count towards the £30 threshold.
Cashback lands in your MrQ account balance as cash within 7 days after each qualifying week ends, you'll be paid week by week rather than in one lump sum at the end of your pass.
If your account becomes ineligible during your pass, you'll be excluded from any further cashback and future promotions from that point on.
How does the Triple Payout Withdrawal Guarantee work?
As a Q+ holder, your standard Withdrawal Guarantee gets an upgrade. If we don't process your withdrawal within 60 seconds, we'll credit £30 cash to your account within 1 business day.
This replaces the standard £10 guarantee for the duration of your Q+ pass. It's not on top of it. The £30 is limited to one credit per player, per calendar day.
The guarantee won't apply if:
Your withdrawal is on hold for verification checks
Your payment method is expired or blocked by your bank or card provider
There's a technical issue or system outage outside of our control
You're in breach of our Terms & Conditions
