You can buy Q+ directly from the Q+ page on MrQ.
To buy Q+, you'll need to:
Have a verified MrQ account in your own name
Have made at least one successful deposit on MrQ
A few things to know before you purchase:
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using your primary payment method - the same one you use to deposit on MrQ
If you've changed your primary payment method, future Q+ purchases will use the new one
Q+ runs from Friday 00:00:01 to Thursday 23:59:59 each week
If it's your first time buying Q+, you can purchase at any point - your pass will expire the following Thursday
Once purchased, your spins and chips are added to your account immediately and will be ready to use from your Rewards page.
Can I setup a recurring payment?
You can't set up a recurring payment for Q+ right now. Each week's pass needs to be purchased separately.
Why can't I see the option to purchase?
We're currently trialling Q+ and are only offering it to a limited number of players selected at random. If Q+ isn't showing for you, it may be because your account doesn't meet the eligibility criteria or that you're not in the initial trial group.
Can I get a refund on Q+?
In some cases, yes. Refunds aren't issued automatically, you'll need to request one via live chat or email within 14 days of purchase.
Here's how refunds work depending on your situation:
If none of your Q+ perks have been used and your account has been closed, you're entitled to a full refund.
If your account becomes ineligible or is closed during your active pass and you've already used some perks, you're eligible for a partial refund.
You won't be eligible for a refund if:
You've withdrawn winnings from Q+ perks that total more than the cost of the pass (£10)
Your pass has expired and you didn't use your perks, but your account remained eligible throughout
Your account was closed or restricted for reasons covered under Section 12 of our General T&Cs
