What is Arena?
Arena is a daily competition on your Arena tab. Opt in once, then play eligible games to earn points and climb the leaderboard. The leaderboard resets every 24 hours at 9pm, and the top 50 players win prizes.
You'll appear on the leaderboard under an anonymous username.
How do I join?
The first time you open the Arena tab, we'll walk you through a quick onboarding flow and ask you to opt in. Do that once and you're in for good, no need to opt in again.
Right now, Arena is only available on the MrQ app on mobile.
As a new feature, it's still rolling out, only a limited number of randomly selected players have access right now.
Which games count towards the leaderboard?
Play these games and your wins earn Arena points:

Buffalo Bill's Big Hunt
Buffalo Bill's Hypercharged
Buffalo Bill's Roulette
Goosicorn Racing
Las Vegas Joy XXL
Twisted Treats
The list of eligible games may be updated from time to time. Wagers on any games not listed above do not contribute points. Points count wherever you play these games on site, not just from the Arena tab itself.
How do I earn points?
Points are based on your win multiplier, not your stake. A 10x win earns 1,000 points, whether you staked 10p or £10. Stake size doesn't matter, everyone's got the same shot.
What can I win?
Each day, the top 50 players on the leaderboard win free spins:

Prizes are handed out daily.
How will I know if I've won?
Check the top of your Arena tab. If you won the previous day, you'll see a prompt to claim your prize. If you didn't, you'll see your final rank from the last leaderboard instead. Claimed prizes also show in your Rewards tab, under "For You".
Prizes are available to claim from 9pm. This is usually near-instant, but can take up to 30 minutes to land in your account.
What happens if there's a tie?
Whoever reached that points total first ranks higher.
Why can't I see Arena?
A few reasons this might be happening:
Arena's mobile-only for now, so it won't show up on desktop.
Your account needs to be fully verified to see it.
As a new feature, it's still rolling out, only a limited number of randomly selected players have access right now.
If you had Arena but it's disappeared, that's usually because something about your account's eligibility has changed. This is expected, not a bug — but if you want us to check, get in touch and we'll take a look.
My prize hasn't shown up, what do I do?
Check the top of your Arena tab, it'll show if you finished in the top 50 the previous day.
Check your Rewards tab under "For You" for any prizes waiting to be claimed.

My free spins expired before I could use them
Arena free spin prizes work the same as any other free spins we give out. They expire if you don't use them in time, and once they're gone, they're gone. Check your Rewards tab for the exact expiry date on any prize you've won.
Can I opt out of Arena?
If you'd rather not take part, get in touch and we'll remove it for you.
Can I change my username?
No, not right now. Your leaderboard username is randomly assigned and can't be changed.
