The guarantee covers our processing time, not how long your bank takes to receive the money.
To qualify:
Your withdrawal must be requested using a verified payment method.
The delay must not be caused by checks or third-party issues outside our control.
If we miss the 60-second window, we’ll credit £10 cash to your account within 1 business day. You can withdraw it straight away. It’s limited to one £10 credit per player, per day.
The Withdrawal Guarantee won’t apply if:
Your withdrawal is on hold for verification or account checks.
You’ve breached our Terms & Conditions (for example, using a third-party payment method or creating duplicate accounts).
You deposited using mobile billing.
There’s an issue with your bank or payment provider (such as an expired, blocked, or unsupported card).
There’s a technical fault, scheduled maintenance, or third-party outage affecting withdrawals.
We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or error.
