Refer A Friend lets you earn free spins when you bring someone new to MrQ. If your friend signs up through your link, deposits, and spends £10, they’ll receive 100 free spins and you’ll receive 50 free spins.
There’s no limit on how many friends you can refer. Each friend who qualifies unlocks another set of Refer a Friend free spins for you. Your free spins are added once your friend has completed all the required steps.
Typically, the free spins are credited to your account within 24 hours of completing the referral process. Full Terms and Conditions apply.
Once awarded, your free spins will appear in the Rewards section of your account. From there, you can view the eligible game title and claim or play the spins. Additionally, free spins are valid for seven days after being credited.
How do I check referral status?
To verify the status of your referrals and ensure all requirements are met:

Navigate to your account profile.
Select the “Refer a Friend” section to view completed referrals and their status.
You can view the status of each referral, including whether the required steps have been completed. If a referral shows as "successful" but your free spins still haven't been credited, this usually means there's a short delay, check back within 24 hours before contacting us.
Why haven't I received my Refer A Friend free spins?
If you haven’t received your Refer a Friend free spins, one of the requirements is usually missing.
If your referral is marked as "Deposited," it means your friend has added funds but may not have completed all eligibility steps yet.

You must have deposited and wagered £10 or more at MrQ.
Your friend must sign up using your unique referral link.
They need to deposit and play £10 or more.
Your friend must not already have an existing MrQ account - referral rewards only apply to new sign-ups, and a friend can't be referred if they've already got an account with us.
The referred friend must not have signed up using a welcome offer or promotional code, as these make you both ineligible for referral rewards.
Your friend must complete age verification.
