How do I deposit money?
Log in to your MrQ account.
Tap or click the Deposit button (top right on desktop; in the menu on mobile).
Enter your deposit amount. The minimum deposit is £10.
Select your payment method. To change your payment method, your balance needs to be below £1 (99p or less).
Complete any prompts from your bank or payment provider (some ask for a one-time code).
That's it. Funds usually land in your account instantly.

How do I amend the deposit amount?
A deposit amount will automatically appear when you open the deposit page. To change it, either:
Select one of the suggested amounts, or
Tap the large blue deposit value and type in the amount you want
The minimum deposit is £10. The maximum depends on your spend limits.
How will my deposit appear on my bank statement?
Your deposit may appear as MrQ or TekFox.
Can I add a promo code?
Promotions may be applied automatically, just click through from a promotional email or message and the offer will appear as a tile at the top of the deposit page.
If you don't see it, scroll down to the Enter promo code field below your payment method and type it in manually.
