How do I withdraw my money?
To withdraw your money, you need to:
Click your avatar in the top right of your screen.
Select Withdraw.
Choose your amount and confirm.
You can withdraw £10 or more back to your active payment method.
Withdrawals go to your active payment method, which is the one you used most recently to deposit.
If you haven’t used that payment method in the last 6 months, you’ll need to revalidate it before withdrawing.
Can I choose where my withdrawal goes?
Withdrawals will go back to your active payment method.
Your active payment method is the one you used most recently to deposit. You can’t choose a different method at the point of withdrawal.
If you want to change your payment method, your balance must be below £1 (99p or less) and you can’t have any pending withdrawals. Then you can add a new payment method or switch to one already saved in your Wallet.
If your card has expired, been lost, or replaced and you have more than £1 in your account, get in touch.
How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
Once we have processed your withdrawal, how long it takes to reach you depends on what payment method you've withdrawn to.
