Why am I seeing “Your deposit card doesn’t support withdrawals”?
That message means your card can’t receive withdrawals.
Some banks don’t allow money to be sent back to certain cards. If that happens, you’ll need to withdraw to the bank account linked to your card instead.
If your bank account is already registered, just choose it when you withdraw.
If your bank account isn’t registered yet, you’ll need to add and verify it first before you can complete your withdrawal.
Once you receive your withdrawal confirmation email, your money is on the way. Bank transfers can take a little longer than card withdrawals, depending on your bank.
Where is my withdrawal?
Once your withdrawal is processed, most payments reach your bank within 2 hours, however some banks can take up to 7 working days to release the funds. That delay is on the bank, not us - but your withdrawal is on it's way to you.
If you haven't received your withdrawal yet, this could be due to a few reasons - it may be on hold for verification documents or routine account checks. If we need anything from you, we’ll email within 2 working days. Check your inbox before chasing it up.
