Deposit Issues & Troubleshooting

Updated this week

Why did my deposit fail?

A deposit can fail for a few different reasons.

Usually, you’ll see an error message explaining why. For example, you may have reached your spend limit.

It’s also worth checking that your payment method hasn’t expired and that there are no gambling blocks set by your bank.

Why can’t I deposit more money?

You may have reached a Spend Limit, have a Fixed Limit, or your deposits may be restricted.

Spend Limits can be daily, weekly, or monthly. Once reached, you won’t be able to deposit again until the limit resets.

Fixed Limits are set by us and take priority over Spend Limits. They are usually monthly, but can also be daily or weekly. If your Fixed Limit is lower than usual, your account may be undergoing verification checks. You can check your status in the Verification section of My Account. Once complete, we’ll review your limits.

Your deposits may be temporarily restricted. This can happen if we need more information from you, or in some cases while your account is undergoing verification checks.

If you’re not undergoing verification, review your emails in case we’ve contacted you.

We may contact you from time to time to check in on how your gambling is going, or to follow up if you’ve previously been in touch with Player Experience. If you cannot find anything, please contact us.

You can see all your limits in the Limits section of My Account. For more information on Fixed Limits and Spend Limits, see here.

My deposit was taken but hasn’t appeared

If your deposit hasn’t appeared, the payment may still be pending with your bank.

When a deposit isn’t successful, the funds are usually returned to your bank within 48 hours.

If the transaction is still showing as pending, your bank may take up to 7 days to release the funds back to your account.

There’s nothing you need to do, the money will automatically return to your account once the pending transaction clears.

If the funds haven’t returned after 7 days, please contact us with the deposit date and time, and we’ll investigate for you.

Why am I seeing "Your deposit card doesn’t support withdrawals”?

"Your deposit card doesn't support withdrawals" message means your card can’t receive withdrawals.

Some banks don’t allow money to be sent back to certain cards. If that happens, you’ll need to withdraw to the bank account linked to your card instead.

If your bank account is already registered, just choose it when you withdraw.

If your bank account isn’t registered yet, you’ll need to add and verify it first before you can complete your withdrawal.

Once you receive your withdrawal confirmation email, your money is on the way. Bank transfers can take a little longer than card withdrawals, depending on your bank.
