What payment methods can I use?
At MrQ, you can use the following payment methods:

Visa Debit
Mastercard Debit
Easy Bank Transfer
PayPal
We don’t accept credit cards.
If a payment method isn’t listed above, it’s not available on MrQ.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, your payment information is perfectly safe. To keep your payment information safe, we use bank-level security across the site. All data sent to MrQ is protected with SSL encryption. It keeps your details secure while they move between you and us.
Card payments are PCI compliant, which means they meet strict industry standards for handling card data.
Open Banking payments are processed through regulated providers with strong built-in protection.
PayPal payments are fully encrypted too, so your details are converted into secure code that can’t be read by anyone else.

Can I use a payment method that isn't solely in my name?
No, all payment methods on your MrQ account must be in your own name only. This includes debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
The following aren't permitted:
Someone else's payment method - you should not use a card, PayPal, or bank account belonging to another person, including a family member
Joint accounts - if a payment method is shared with someone else, we may restrict or remove it from your account
Business accounts - you should not use a business bank account or business PayPal to deposit, even if the business is in your name
Using any of the above is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If we find that a non-permitted payment method has been used, we reserve the right to remove the payment method, restrict the payment method option or close your account.
