How does the verification process work?
When we request documents or run checks on your account, these are handled by either our Player Protection or Payments Teams, which sit separately from Player Experience. Reviews are completed in the order they're received, which keeps things fair for everyone.
The quickest way to check the status of your verification or provide your documents is via the Verification section of your account.
How long will my verification take?
For standard due diligence (proof of identity and address requests), we aim to complete these within 48 hours of receiving everything we need.
For Source of Funds checks, it's currently taking around a month. We've got a bit of a backlog with these checks right now, so replies are taking longer than usual, and longer than we'd like, which doesn't reflect our usual standard. We're working hard to get on top of this and will be in touch as soon as we can.

When will I get my withdrawal?
If your withdrawals have been paused whilst we're fulfilling a verification check, they will be reviewed as soon as the check is complete.
Can Player Experience speed things up?
Our Player Experience Team aren't able to access or influence verification or withdrawal reviews, those are handled independently by our Player Protection or Payments Teams. Player Experience can help with general guidance on what to expect, but they can't:
Verify documents or accounts
Process or release withdrawals
Connect you directly with other teams
The best thing you can do while you're waiting is make sure your documents have been submitted correctly. If we need anything more from you, we will be in touch via email as soon as we can.
