How do I update my home address?
In order to update your home address, you'll need to email [email protected] along with:
A proof of address document dated within the last 3 months
A short explanation as to why this needs to be changed (eg. recent move)
Your address will be updated once the verification team have reviewed your proof of address document.
To avoid any delays, make sure:
All four corners of the document are visible (no crops or cut-offs)
Your name and home address are clear and easy to read
The document is in date

How do I update my name?

A deed poll (if your name has changed)
A short explanation as to why this needs to be changed (eg. marriage)
Your name will be updated once the verification team have reviewed your documents.

How do I change my mobile number?
If your mobile number isn’t verified yet, you can change it yourself. Go to Account Settings, update your number, and complete the mobile number verification steps.
If your mobile number is already verified, we’ll need to change it for you.
How do I verify my mobile number?
To verify your mobile number, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to Profile in your account settings.
Step 2: Next to your phone number, tap the yellow alert.
Step 3: We’ll send you a 4-digit SMS code. Enter it in the box.
Step 4: If you see a green alert, your mobile number is verified.
That’s it.

How do I set or update my occupation?
To update your occupation, head to your Profile and select your occupation in the drop down.
How do I update my marketing preferences?
To update your marketing preferences, head to your marketing preferences section of your account. From there, you can choose which marketing emails, texts, or offers you’d like to receive.
If you unsubscribe from marketing, we’ll still contact you about important account information, like security updates or account queries.
