Where can I find rewards?
You’ll find your rewards in the Rewards tab on your account.
If something’s waiting for you, you’ll see a red notification when you’re logged in.
A couple of things to know:
Rewards and free spins are never sent through chat
Rewards are added automatically once promotion requirements are met or when a promotion ends
Each promotion is different, so it’s always worth checking the terms and conditions
Ensure promo codes are entered and visible before completing a deposit transaction to qualify for rewards.
If nothing appears in your Rewards tab, it means there aren’t any rewards available on your account at that time. If you believe you are entitled to a reward but did not receive it, wait until the promotion ends for a review.
