We may request your documents at some point in your journey with us. Please kindly note that while these documents have been requested, we may limit depositing and approving pending withdrawals until these have been received.
Please follow the tips below to make these checks as quick and painless as possible.
Make sure you send us both:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
Top Tip: If your Driving Licence address is the same as your current address, we can use it as proof of identity and proof of address.
If you don't have a Driving Licence, we also accept any of the documents below as long as they are in the right format:

What we accept:
- Passport
- UK Driving Licence
- Non-UK Driving Licence
- Non-UK National ID Card
- UK CitizenCards
- UK PASS Card
- UK Residence Permit
Applying for a UK CitizenCard is the quickest and cheapest option if you don't have easy access to a Driving Licence or Passport - please visit their official website here to register.
Proof of Address (including name and address):
What we accept:
- Home Utility bill (mobile bills not accepted) - dated in the last 3 months
- Council Tax Statement - dated in the last 12 months
- Official Government Letters, for example, HMRC letters/statements or Electoral Register Confirmation - dated in the last 3 months
- Home / Motor Insurance Document - dated in the last 3 months
- Mortgage Statement from a recognised lender - issued in the last 12 months
- Letters from Financial Institutions - dated in the last 3 months
Formatting
What we accept:
- Clear photographs
- PDF downloads of the original documents
- Documents that clearly show all four corners
What we don’t accept:
- Photocopies or scanned copies of documents
- Documents that are cropped
- Documents that have been edited or covered
Once your documents are ready, you can upload these to your account by clicking your Avatar in the top right corner and selecting Verify Account to upload your documents.
Alternatively, you can send them to verification@mrq.com (however, uploading to your account is much faster), and if in doubt, please speak to our Player Experience Team who will be happy to help.
