We process all withdrawals back to the payment method you made your most recent deposit with – aka your active payment method.
How do I change my primary payment method?
You can change your primary payment method once your balance is below £1 (99p or less) and you have no pending withdrawals.
To do so, either add a new payment method or switch with an existing payment method by clicking the grey dot in the Wallet section of your account settings.
My card has been replaced, what do I do?
If your card has been replaced for any reason, whether it be because it was lost or stolen, or perhaps it expired, and you currently have a balance higher than £1 that you want to withdraw, please email payments@mrq.com and:
-
provide a reason why you need to update your payment method, E.G, your primary payment method has expired
-
a copy of the replacement card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits (for security reasons, please do not provide us with your 3 digit CVC number)
-
or, if you wish to withdraw the funds to PayPal, a screenshot showing your personal details.
Payments team will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know of the further steps to assist with your withdrawal.
What happens if I deposited with pay by mobile?
Pay by mobile doesn't allow for withdrawals which means you will need to add and validate a different payment method to your account before you can request a withdrawal. Validation occurs through depositing so you will need to make a minimum deposit of £10 though this can be immediately requested for withdrawal. If you already have a validated payment method on your account that you can withdraw the funds to, great!
