Can I choose which payment method I withdraw to?
Withdrawals go back to the payment method you used most recently, that’s your active payment method. Because we're all about keeping things clean, legal, and above board.
How do I change my primary payment method?
Wait until your balance is under £1 (yep, 99p or less) and you’ve got no pending withdrawals. Then add a new payment method or switch to one already saved in your Wallet by clicking the grey dot in settings.
My card’s been replaced, what now?
Lost, stolen, expired… cards have a habit of disappearing. If yours is gone and you’ve got more than £1 sitting in your account, email support@mrq.com or pop onto Live Chat.
- Tell us why you need to update your card (e.g. expired)
- Send a photo of your new card showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits (no CVC)
- Or, if you want PayPal instead, send a screenshot of your PayPal account showing your email address and name. Using a browser instead of the PayPal app usually works best for this one.
What if I deposited with Pay by Mobile?
Pay by mobile is great for topping up, rubbish for cashing out. You can’t withdraw that way. You’ll need to add and validate a new payment method.
Validation = deposit at least £10 (you can immediately withdraw it after).
Already got a validated method? Perfect, withdraw to that instead.
