If we’ve asked for proof of your mobile payment method:
Send us a PDF copy of your phone bill (dated within the last 90 days). You’ll usually find this in your mobile provider’s account area.
Once you’ve got the right document, email it to payments@mrq.com, and our team will review it ASAP.
