What documents do you need to verify my income?

To complete our affordability checks, we’ll need a few details so we can verify your income safely and securely 🔒

Please send:

  • Your occupation details and proof of income (see below)
  • A recent bank statement (PDF) showing deposits to MrQ
  • A photo of any payment methods you’ve used with us in the last month (see example below)
  • Once ready, email everything to verification@mrq.com

Your circumstances will determine what documents we’ll need from you to verify your income:

If you’re employed by a company/individual: 
  • Most recent payslip OR latest P60/SA100 in PDF format 
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing income paid in matching the payslip / P60/SA 100 provided
If you’re self-employed or own a company: 
  • Your most recent official SA302 OR annual tax return and evidence of dividends (if any) in PDF format  
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing your income being deposited
If you’re on benefits:
  • An official current full benefit entitlement confirmation letter OR Benefit Verification Letter, 
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing your benefits being paid in
If you receive a pension: 
  • A recent official document confirming your pension entitlement ex: pension statement
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing your pension being paid in
If you have an inheritance / insurance payout / trust fund: 
  • An official solicitor OR insurance letter confirming the payment amount
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing your payment being paid in.
If you are using your savings: 
  • A brief explanation as to how savings have been accrued 
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing available funds 
If you are using funds from a sale of property: 
  • A copy of the original evidence of the proof of sale
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing funds received from sale being paid into your account. 
If you are using winnings from other operators: 
  • Screenshot from the casino showing your name, withdrawal and date of withdrawal OR Copy of your net position with the operator
  • Most recent bank statement in PDF format showing wins being paid in
