As part of our licence conditions, we have to verify all of our player's identities to make sure they are over the age of 18.
In order to save a lot of hassle, having to manually send in your ID and wait for it to be approved, we do this electronically, using information held on public registers.
As one of these registers is the UK Credit Header, you may find that we have performed a soft search on your credit file.
A soft search in no way impacts your credit file or score, no matter how many you have. This is simply a routine way of verifying your identity.
