You can withdraw anything over £10 back to your active payment method by following these easy steps below:
On desktop and tablet:
Click the withdraw button under your avatar in the right-hand corner, select the amount you want to withdraw and click ‘Withdraw’.
On mobile:
Click your avatar in the right-hand corner and click ‘Withdraw’, select the amount you want to withdraw and click ‘Withdraw’.
Unable to withdraw?
If you've only made mobile deposits, you will need to add and validate a different payment method to your account before you can request a withdrawal. Validation occurs through depositing so you will need to make a minimum deposit of £10 though this can be immediately requested for withdrawal.
If you have validated a payment method already and you're still unable to withdraw to it, it is possible that you haven't used it in the last 6 months to deposit and for security reasons, you will need to validate it again.
