If you are being asked to add a Bank Account as a payment method as you don't have one registered just yet, we've got you covered. Simply follow the steps below:
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and hit ‘Withdraw’.
- Search for your bank
- Authorise with your phone. Scanning the QR code is the speediest way, but you can also choose to verify via SMS or via computer—your call.
- You’ll be sent over to your Online Banking to enter your details. Once you’re done, we’ll bring you straight back to us
- Enter how much you’d like to withdraw (£10 or more).
- Hit ‘Withdraw’.
If you are having trouble authorising payment as you need a card reader but aren't sure where it is or simply don't have one to hand, updating your Banking app and allowing biometric approval should fix this.
