What has changed with your support system?

Information about our updated support system and what it means for support requests.

We’ve moved our player communications to a new support system to improve how we manage and respond to requests.

What will happen to my ongoing email thread?

Existing email conversations will be transferred to the new system. Any open email conversations you have with us will be closed and appear as a new support ticket.

You can track your open tickets by clicking on the message icon on the bottom-right of your screen.

Are my previous messages still saved?

Yes, your full message history is stored internally, so our team can continue helping you from where the conversation left off.

Can I still chat to you?

Yes, you can still contact our support team as usual. Our chat and support options remain available.

Any conversations from March 17th onwards will be visible within your message history. Simply click on a conversation to pick up where you left off or start a new conversation if you want to ask us about something else.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is needed. We’ll continue assisting you as normal.
