There could be a few reasons why your account is closed/suspended:

  • We've identified a duplicate, linked or associated customer account

  • You've self-closed your account

  • You've signed up to Gamstop, timed-out or self-excluded

  • You’ve entered your login details incorrectly too many times

  • You've not sent in the documents we've requested

  • Your account is currently under investigation

If we've closed/suspended your account we'll always try and let you know why so be sure to check your inbox in case we've sent you an email.
