There could be a few reasons why your account is closed/suspended:
We've identified a duplicate, linked or associated customer account
You've self-closed your account
You've signed up to Gamstop, timed-out or self-excluded
You’ve entered your login details incorrectly too many times
You've not sent in the documents we've requested
Your account is currently under investigation
If we've closed/suspended your account we'll always try and let you know why so be sure to check your inbox in case we've sent you an email.
