Clearing your cache and cookies refreshes your browser. It’s often the quickest fix if something isn’t loading properly.
Here’s how to do it.
Google Chrome
On iPhone or iPad:
• Open the Chrome app.
• Tap the three dots.
• Tap History, then Clear Browsing Data.
• Select Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
• Tap Clear Browsing Data.
On Android:
• Open Chrome.
• Tap the three dots (top right).
• Tap Delete browsing data.
• Choose a time range (select All time to clear everything).
• Tap Delete data.
Safari (iPhone/iPad)
• Open Settings.
• Tap Safari.
• Tap Advanced, then Website Data.
• Tap Remove All Website Data.
Firefox
On iPhone or iPad:
• Tap the menu button.
• Tap Settings.
• Under Privacy, select Data Management.
• Tap Clear All Website Data.
On Android:
• Open Firefox.
• Tap the three dots.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Delete browsing data.
• Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
• Tap Delete browsing data.
Once cleared, log back into your account and try again.
