Yes, you can change your mobile deposit number! Please contact the support team who will be happy to help.

You can either email them at or pop up on chat. Be sure to include your name, DOB and postcode (for our security check) and the reason why you want to change your number.

Though, please bear in mind that we may need some proof of ownership before we update your number. Take a look below for what we would need.

For Pay Monthly:

  • A copy of a phone bill for the new phone number, which confirms you are the account holder for that contract.

The bill must be dated within the last 90 days and we must be able to see all four corners. Ideally, you can send us the PDF copy of your most recent mobile phone bill.

For Pay As You Go:

  • Please log into your account with the mobile phone provider online, and screenshot the section of your account that shows your full name, address, and new mobile phone number.
