You can withdraw to your card, PayPal or bank account at any time providing you have previously deposited with it and it's your primary payment method.
Bear in mind that if your card has been reported as lost, stolen, or expired then your withdrawal may fail. The payments team will let you know if your withdrawal fails and let you know the next steps.
Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw to mobile. If you only have mobile as a payment method and want to withdraw you'll need to add another payment method and deposit with it. Then request the withdrawal and it'll be with you as soon as possible.
