Our team will sometimes ask you for a copy of the bank card(s) you’ve used on your account to verify they belong to you.
We understand you may be reluctant to send over pictures of your bank card for security or privacy reasons. However, we'd like to reassure you that all documents sent to MrQ are encrypted and stored on a secure server.
The best way to send your bank card to us is by taking a photo and emailing it to us – you can cover up the middle six numbers on the front of the card for security reasons.
Please don’t send us a photo of the back of your card unless we have specifically requested it and always cover your security number (aka CVV) with a piece of paper.
