In order to stay in control of your gaming, we strongly recommend that all our customers set deposit limits.
A deposit limit lets you set a cap on the amount of money you deposit into your account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
You can set deposit limits before you make your first deposit or at any time after that by going to the Play Responsibly section of your account.
How long do deposit limits last?
Daily deposit limits refresh every 24 hours, weekly deposit limits are between Monday to Sunday and monthly deposit limits run through the calendar month.
For example: if you set a weekly deposit limit of £100 and deposit £100 at 23:50 on Sunday night, you can technically deposit another £100 at 00:00 on Monday morning. However, you won't be able to deposit again until the following Monday.
Can I change/remove my limits?
Yes! Once set, you can reduce your deposit limit at any time. Simply go back to the responsible gambling section in your account and choose a lower amount. This will be changed immediately.
However, if you've reduced your limits but you've already exceeded the new cap that day, you'll be unable to deposit for the next 24 hours.
For example: if a daily deposit limit of £20 is set, you deposit £15 and in the same day change the setting to a £10 daily cap, you will be unable to deposit until the following day.
If you want to increase or remove your current limit, you can. Once we have your request, we’ll review your account and apply a 24 hour cooling off period to give you time to change your mind if you want to.
If we don’t hear from you in those 24 hours we’ll assume you still want the change and will apply it following our internal review.
