You can find your username at the top of all emails you’ve received from us. 

If you don’t have any MrQ emails in your inbox, please contact our support team who will take you through security checks and retrieve your username. 

To reset your password, please click 'Forgot password' on the login screen, enter your email address or username and a reset link will be sent to your inbox. 

Click the ‘Reset password’ button in the email and choose a new password for your MrQ account.
